Guide Subscription

Atguides is free for travellers. Guides pay one flat annual fee to keep an approved profile listed, with no commission on any booking.

₹1,178.82 in total for guides billed in India. Guides billed outside India pay no GST.

Apply. Create an account and submit your details and identity documents. Applying is free.

Get approved. Our team reviews your application. Your 180-day free trial starts the day you are approved, and your profile goes live.

Subscribe. Before the trial ends we remind you by email. Pay the annual fee from the Billing page in your Guide Dashboard to stay listed for the next 12 months.

If a payment is missed. Your profile stays visible for a 7-day grace period. After that it is hidden from travellers until you pay.

The Atguides subscription is a digital service. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

Free trial: your listing goes live as soon as your application is approved.
Paid subscription: your listing is renewed as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes.
Invoice: an invoice for every payment (a GST tax invoice in India, an export invoice outside it) appears on your Billing page, where you can download it as a PDF.

If your subscription is not active within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, write to support@atguides.com and we will sort it out.

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. Subscription payments are non-refundable; see the policy for the details.
