Fed by underground geothermal springs running from Mount Kilimanjaro, these warm turquoise waters are surrounded by majestic fig trees and palm groves. Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fee schedule applies based on when notice is received: 60+ days before arrival: 90% refund (10% retained). 30–59 days before arrival: 50% refund (50% retained). Less than 30 days before arrival: Non-refundable (100% retained). Booking & Deposit Terms: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before tour commencement. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment immediately.
Safety notes
Swimming & Water Safety: While the springs feature gentle geothermal currents, water depth varies and can be deep in central areas. Non-swimmers should remain in shallow zones or use flotation devices. Swimwear & Towels: Guests must bring their own swimwear, dry clothes, and personal towels. Flip-flops or water shoes are recommended for walking around slippery tree roots and rocks. Mandatory Travel Insurance: Tanzania Daily Tours & Safari does not provide travel insurance. All clients are strictly required to hold comprehensive personal travel and medical coverage. Rope Swing Caution: Use of rope swings and jumping off tree roots is at your own risk; please exercise caution when climbing and entering the pool. Sun & Environment Protection: Bring eco-friendly sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Please respect the natural ecosystem by taking all litter back with you.
